Trump releases first batch

The Trump administration released the first batch of long-awaited UFO documents on Friday, publishing hundreds of previously unseen videos, photographs, and government records connected to unexplained aerial phenomena and alleged extraterrestrial activity.

The release followed an order by President Donald Trump directing officials to declassify UFO-related files. The newly published materials included records linked to NASA’s Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 moon missions.

One Apollo 17 image appeared to show three unexplained lights above the moon’s surface, while mission transcripts described astronauts observing bright objects drifting near their spacecraft. Crew members compared the scene to “the Fourth of July.”

The disclosure also featured FBI and military images showing unidentified objects near aircraft, including infrared footage and pilot photographs allegedly capturing fast-moving objects in restricted airspace.

Representative Tim Burchett praised the release and suggested more dramatic revelations could follow. Officials emphasized that the reports reflected eyewitness accounts and did not confirm extraterrestrial origins.

Several newly declassified reports described unusual sightings by military personnel and federal officers. Witnesses reported glowing spheres, orange orbs releasing smaller red lights, and objects making sudden directional changes over the western United States and the ocean.

Officials including FBI Director Kash Patel and NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman said the release marked an unprecedented transparency effort. More UFO files are expected to be published, though no timeline has been announced.
