One of Baba Vanga’s chilling 2025

Baba Vanga, a blind Bulgarian mystic who died in 1996, predicted that 2025 would be a particularly difficult year. Known for her eerie accuracy—allegedly foreseeing events like 9/11, the 2004 tsunami, and Barack Obama’s presidency—one of her 2025 predictions appears to already be unfolding. She foresaw widespread natural disasters, including deadly earthquakes and destruction along the US West Coast. So far this year, California has faced its deadliest wildfires in recent history, while the US Geological Survey has recorded 37 significant earthquakes globally.

Among the most devastating was a 7.7-magnitude earthquake in Myanmar in March, which killed over 2,700 people and caused widespread damage across the region. A 7.1 quake in Tibet earlier in January also claimed over 120 lives. Other strong quakes, such as those near the Cayman Islands and Tonga, triggered tsunami alerts but caused less damage. In addition to natural disasters, Baba predicted Europe would face war, Russia would rise to global dominance, humans would develop telepathy, and aliens would make contact at a major sporting event. On a lighter note, she claimed an F1 driver would make history with Ferrari—perhaps a glimmer of hope in an otherwise grim forecast.
