Charlie Kirk’s wife’s eerie post just hours before husband was assassinated

Erika Lane Frantzve, wife of U.S. activist Charlie Kirk, shared a Bible verse on X just hours before her husband was fatally shot at Utah Valley University.

Kirk, 31, was killed during a debate event on September 10, struck by a single bullet fired from a nearby rooftop. His wife and their two young children were present at the venue when the tragedy occurred.

Kirk, who co-founded Turning Point USA at just 18, had built a reputation as a polarizing conservative figure. He frequently toured college campuses, challenging students on topics such as climate change, gender identity, and family values.

Video from the event shows Kirk under a white tent, addressing the audience with a microphone before suddenly collapsing after the gunshot. Former President Donald Trump, a close ally, later confirmed his death, calling him “legendary” in a Truth Social tribute.

Attention has since turned to Frantzve’s final post before the shooting. At 12:45 p.m., she wrote on X: “Psalm 46:1 – God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Hours later, news of her husband’s death broke.

Social media users quickly flooded her account with condolences, many interpreting the verse as eerily prophetic. Messages of sympathy poured in, with one commenter writing, “Jesus is holding you in his warm embrace. We are heartbroken.”

Frantzve, crowned Miss Arizona USA in 2012, married Kirk in 2021. The couple later welcomed two children—a daughter in 2022 and a son in 2024.
