It’s Revealed who Adam Schiff

Newly declassified FBI documents have renewed scrutiny over Senator Adam Schiff’s alleged role in leaking classified information during the Trump-Russia investigation.

A Democratic intelligence officer who worked for the House Intelligence Committee told the FBI that between 2017 and 2023, Schiff approved the release of sensitive material intended to politically damage then-President Donald Trump. An FBI interview summary reportedly states, “SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP.”

The whistleblower also claimed Schiff promised them a future CIA Director role if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election, adding to the controversy.

Representative Eric Swalwell was named by the whistleblower as the likely source of the leaks, which were allegedly designed to support the “Russiagate” narrative. Swalwell has denied any wrongdoing and suggested the allegations are politically motivated, with the whistleblower reporting they were fired after raising concerns with federal officials.

Media involvement is also alleged. Investigative journalist Paul Sperry reported that leaks may have been provided to Washington Post reporter Ellen Nakashima. Declassified records indicate Nakashima collaborated with intelligence officials, including former CIA Director John Brennan, to publish key Russia probe stories in 2016–2017.

Critics argue that if the allegations are true, Schiff’s actions would represent a significant breach of national security. Handling highly sensitive data carries strict legal obligations, and unauthorized leaks could result in serious consequences.

Schiff has consistently denied any wrongdoing, maintaining that the accusations are politically motivated attempts to undermine legitimate oversight of the Trump administration. His office has not issued a response to the most recent claims.
