On the May 29 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kimmel praised Williams, joking, “I don’t care what Pat Sajak says, that was a great answer.” Williams later shared that Sajak was supportive, promising to address the moment “tactfully” during the break.
Williams, who won $9,500, said he couldn’t keep the funny moment from his wife, telling her immediately after filming. Kimmel later joked if it was a common phrase, to which Williams replied, “I’ve never said those words in order in my life.” Despite the guess, Sajak reassured him, saying, “We’ll handle that tastefully,” as laughter continued.
