This baby grew up to be one of the most evil men on earth

Ted Kaczynski was once seen as an unusually gifted child with a bright future.

Born in Chicago in 1942, he showed remarkable intelligence from a young age. His IQ was reportedly measured at 167, and he skipped grades before entering Harvard University at just 16.

After Harvard, he earned advanced degrees in mathematics from the University of Michigan. At only 25, he became an assistant professor at the University of California, Berkeley. But in 1969, he suddenly resigned.

A few years later, Kaczynski moved to a remote cabin in Montana. He lived without electricity or running water and became increasingly focused on his anger toward modern technology and industrial society.

Between 1978 and 1995, he carried out a bombing campaign that killed three people and injured 23 others. His targets included universities, airlines, computer-related businesses, and people he connected to technological development.

The FBI investigation became one of the longest and most expensive in its history at the time. The case finally broke open after Kaczynski’s brother recognized his writing style in a published manifesto and contacted authorities.

Kaczynski was arrested in 1996 and later pleaded guilty. He received multiple life sentences without parole.

He died in federal custody in 2023 at age 81. His story remains one of the most disturbing examples of how brilliance, isolation, anger, and violence can turn a once-promising life into tragedy.
