Woman Survives Terrifying Bungee Jump Accident

Australian tourist Erin Langworthy survived a terrifying accident after her bungee cord snapped during a jump near Victoria Falls.

The incident happened while she was jumping from the Victoria Falls Bridge over the Zambezi River, between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Moments after the jump, the cord broke and Langworthy fell into the fast-moving river below.

Despite the frightening fall, she managed to stay conscious and fight through the water with her feet still tied together. Rescue workers later helped pull her to safety.

Langworthy suffered injuries, including bruising and lung problems, but she survived what could have been a deadly accident.

Her story quickly spread around the world because of the shocking video and the unusual circumstances.
