Donald Trump makes chilling WW3 ultimatum

US President Donald Trump has offered Canada access to his \$175 billion “Golden Dome” missile defense system—free of charge if Canada agrees to become America’s 51st state. Otherwise, the protection would cost Canada \$61 billion. Prime Minister Mark Carney, who has consistently dismissed Trump’s attempts to annex Canada, reaffirmed the country’s stance by saying Canada is “not for sale, ever.” Carney said Trump had shifted from an expectation to a desire for annexation, but he firmly rejected the idea.

Carney also pointed to King Charles III’s visit as a reaffirmation of Canada’s sovereignty. The King emphasized that self-determination and freedom are core Canadian values, noting the world is facing greater dangers than at any time since WWII. While Trump pitches deeper ties, King Charles underlined Canada’s independence and its strong relationships with global partners.
