JD Vance details ‘what it’s really like’ as Trump’s vice president with awkward ‘pe.nis story’

Vice President JD Vance recently shared an unusual story about what it’s like working with Donald Trump behind closed doors. He discussed the moment during an appearance on the Benny Show podcast, hosted by conservative commentator Benny Johnson.

Vance explained that many people ask him what it’s truly like serving as Trump’s vice president, so he decided to share one specific memory that has remained with him ever since it happened.

He described it as a moment that took place away from cameras and media attention — something he says he will “never, ever forget.”

According to Vance, he, Trump, and Senator Marco Rubio were in the Oval Office discussing an important topic when Trump suddenly stopped the conversation.

Instead of continuing the meeting, Trump shifted everyone’s focus to what he claimed was more urgent: the shoes the men were wearing. He looked over his desk and joked that both Vance and Rubio had “bad shoes.”

Vance said Trump then brought out a shoe catalog and began showing them various options, even offering to gift them all four pairs of shoes. Another unnamed politician was also in the room as Trump started asking for everyone’s shoe size.

Vance recalled that when the unnamed politician revealed he wore a size seven, Trump leaned back and joked that a man’s shoe size reveals a lot about him — clearly implying a reference to the man’s anatomy.
