JD Vance’s wife Usha makes rare comment on marriage following public speculation
Usha Vance, the wife of U.S. Vice President JD Vance, has spoken publicly about her marriage following recent speculation. The couple have been married since 2014 and share three children together.
They first met in 2010 while studying at Yale Law School and married four years later. JD Vance previously wrote that he fell deeply in love with Usha early on, even telling her he loved her on their first date.
Recently, rumors of marital trouble surfaced after Usha was seen without her wedding ring. A spokesperson later explained that as a busy mother of three, she occasionally forgets to wear it.
JD Vance also pushed back against the speculation, saying their relationship remains strong and adding that the couple found the rumors amusing rather than troubling.
Usha has now addressed the situation herself, saying people often overanalyze small details and create stories out of imagination. She explained that she prefers focusing on her real life rather than public speculation.
Commenting directly on the missing ring, Usha said there are times she simply isn’t wearing it, such as after going to the gym or showering, and that it carries no deeper meaning.
She also reflected on life before her husband became vice president, noting there are aspects she misses and others she is glad to have left behind. Meanwhile, JD recently joked about viral photos suggesting a public argument, dismissing the claims with humor.
