King Of The Hill Star Jonathan Joss D.ad
Jonathan Joss, known for voicing John Redcorn in King of the Hill, has tragically died at the age of 59. He was shot and killed on June 1 in San Antonio, Texas. Police responded to a shooting around 7 p.m. and found Joss lying near the roadway. Despite attempts to save him, he was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene. Authorities later arrested 56-year-old Sigfredo Alvarez Cejam, identified as Joss’s neighbor, who had driven away from the scene. Cejam has since been charged with murder, though the investigation is still ongoing.
Joss gained recognition after taking over the John Redcorn role following Victor Aaron’s death in 1996. He was set to return for the show’s revival on Hulu, scheduled for release in August. In addition to his voice work, Joss had a strong on-screen presence, appearing in series like Parks and Recreation, Tulsa King, and Ray Donovan, as well as films such as True Grit and The Magnificent Seven. His death marks a significant loss in the entertainment industry.
