Doors will open at 8:00 a.m., with the formal program beginning at 11:00 a.m. The venue, known for hosting large-scale events, is expected to accommodate a substantial audience.

Kirk, who passed away at 31, founded the conservative grassroots organization in 2012. What began as a small operation in a garage in Illinois grew into a nationwide movement, reaching millions of supporters.

A tribute on the memorial website described Kirk as a man of faith, strong convictions, and leadership. It highlighted his dedication to God, family, and country, emphasizing that he passed away doing what he loved: advocating for truth, faith, family, and America.
