Man ‘ki.e.d’ after being
Dannion Brinkley survived a terrifying near-death experience after being struck by lightning in 1975. The lightning bolt entered near his ear, traveled down his spine, and caused him to be thrown into the air and set on fire. Doctors initially pronounced him dead and transported him to a hospital morgue. However, roughly 30 minutes later, Brinkley miraculously came back to life. He described seeing a bright light and experiencing a vivid life review during the time he was clinically dead.
Experts, like Dr. Sam Parnia from NYU Langone Health, have studied such cases and confirmed that the brain can remain active briefly after death, supporting the authenticity of these experiences. Brinkley believes this life-flashing moment is more than a brain projection—it’s a glimpse into the afterlife. He now dedicates his life to spiritual teachings, emphasizing that no one truly dies and encouraging others to embrace faith and spiritual awareness. Brinkley credits his Christian beliefs for allowing him to experience peace instead of fear during his encounter with death.
