President Trump’s FBI Announces Major Arrest
A man from Katy, Texas, has received an 18-month federal prison sentence after being found guilty of assaulting a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
Court records show that 26-year-old Kevin Dominguez drove up to a Border Patrol checkpoint along U.S. Highway 57 on August 1, 2023.
As he neared the checkpoint, a trained Border Patrol dog detected movement coming from the trunk of his car.
Agents inspected the vehicle and discovered a person hidden inside the trunk.
When officers attempted to intervene, Dominguez suddenly reversed his vehicle.
In doing so, he struck one of the agents with his car before speeding away from the checkpoint.
Dominguez was later apprehended and has now been sentenced for his actions during the incident.
