Prince Harry makes first solo trip after permanent

Prince Harry recently traveled to Shanghai to attend the Envision 2025 Global Partner Conference, marking his first solo overseas trip since he and Meghan Markle’s “professional separation.” This trip coincided with King Charles III’s visit to Canada and comes amid reports that Harry and Meghan are building separate royal-style households. Harry has appointed Miranda Barbot as his chief of staff to oversee a new commercial venture, while Meghan has hired Sarah Fosmo, a former aide to Bill Gates, to manage her lifestyle brand and Netflix projects.

At the conference, Harry gave a speech focused on the importance of sustainable travel and urged the industry to meet climate change targets by 2030, including keeping global warming under 1.5°C and cutting greenhouse gas emissions. He described climate change as a “critical business emergency” and emphasized the industry’s responsibility to commit to meaningful change even when faced with challenges.
