Trump ruthlessly slams Joe Biden amid cancer diagnosis and calls out anyone who ‘feels sorry for him’

On May 18, Joe Biden’s office announced he had been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer that had spread to his bones. The diagnosis, confirmed after he experienced worsening urinary symptoms, showed a Gleason score of 9, indicating a very severe form of cancer. Although the prognosis is serious, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, allowing for treatment options. Biden posted a photo of himself with his wife, Jill, and their cat on X, expressing gratitude for the public’s support.

In response, Donald Trump issued a statement on Truth Social, wishing Biden a fast and successful recovery. However, he later criticized the timing of the announcement, saying he was surprised the public wasn’t informed sooner. In a subsequent press conference, Trump described Biden as “somewhat vicious” despite appearing moderate, adding that he didn’t feel sorry for him because of the harm Biden allegedly caused. A White House spokesperson denied claims that Biden’s diagnosis had been concealed, clarifying that his last prostate-specific antigen test was in 2014 and no cancer was found until now.
